Today

The idea of the primacy of work has also found its way into the culture of Silicon Valley. People there are constantly coming up with creative ideas that are changing the world we live in. While this has proven to be extremely profitable, for many value the opportunity to realize their dreams more than the prospect of simply earning some cash.

Detroit used to be the symbol of American prosperity, the rise of the industrial era and its main power – paper money. The crisis of 2010 has shown us that we need to return to the values that have sustained us over the past several centuries. If you work hard and treat it as a reward, the recognition will inevitably come.

There are many innovative companies in Silicon Valley which vividly exemplify these values. You don't need to look any further than Noosphere. Max Polyakov, founder of this revolutionary company, is a passionate believer in the power of the Noosphere – or how humans can fundamentally change the world around them through a combination of knowledge, technology and selfless labor.

As Noosphere has no borders or limits Dr. Polyakov decided to combine different philosophies concerning of labor and embody them in the key principles of his business. The Slava Trudu! doctrine may take several forms, but it there is no denying its ability to unite us all in our progressive world of disruptive innovations.
